18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitting to the intensive care unit of our hospital; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Met the Sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria for sepsis; 4. Patients Treated with Vancomycin for Antibacterial Therapy with Therapeutic Drug Monitoring; 5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients receiving palliative care or those who discharge against medical advice; 3. Patients with vancomycin treatment duration of less than 48 hours; 4. Patients without the detection of Gram-positive bacteria in microbiological tests.
