Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.control: Obesity(18.5 kg/m^2 = 28kg/m^2); Male, age 20 to 30 years old; Without clinical symptoms of low androgen; Without low blood total testosterone compared to normal. 3.MOSH group: Obesity (BMI>=28kg/m^2); Male, age 20 to 30 years old; Clinical symptoms of low androgen; Low blood total testosterone compared to normal; Other diseases lead to low androgen excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary testicular dysfunction, (2) Hypogonadism caused by pituitary diseases, (3) Hypogonadism caused by thyroid and adrenal diseases, (4) Taking medications that may cause weight changes within 3 months, (5) Chronic liver and kidney diseases or tumors, such as patients with a history of medullary thyroid cancer or family history, and patients with type 2 multiple endocrine adenoma syndrome, (6) Combined with contraindications to GLP-1 RA drugs such as hyperlipidemia and pancreatitis, (7) Combined with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, (8) Patients with chronic malabsorption syndrome and cholestasis, (9) Organ transplant recipients and patients taking environmentally friendly antibiotics.
