Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective posterior spinal deformity orthopedic internal fixation under general anesthesia in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital; 2. 10 years old= age = 17 years old; 3. Patients with thoracolumbar spine deformity with the upper vertebra of scoliosis above thoracic 4 and the Cobb angle = 45°; 4. ASA classification I.~III. 5. Sinus rhythm; 6. No precordial area infection, rib fracture; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc.; 2. Anterior surgery or scoliosis revision surgery, etc.; 3. Serious adverse events, complications or special physiological changes occur during the perioperative period and cannot continue to accept the experiment; 4. Those who are unable to obtain clear ultrasound images.
