Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor resection under elective general anesthesia 2. ASA grading I-III 3. Gender is not limited, age = 18 years old 4. BMI index 18.5-28kg/m²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral subclavian veins are malformed, varied or unable to develop under ultrasound 2. Preoperative serum creatinine > 176µmol/L 3. Severe heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney, endocrine diseases, acid-base balance disorders, and electrolyte disorders 4. Allergy to the components of hydroxyethyl starch injection 5. The tumor has metastasized to other organs
