Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases receiving ocular practices of macular hole/pucker; 2. In good general condition; 3. Voluntary participation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient cannot complete some or all of the examinations due to various reasons; 2. Mental illness or poor coordination; 3. Patients with systemic diseases affecting the eye, such as kidney failure, diabetes, and hypertension, were excluded; 4. Patients with reproductive system diseases, such as tumors of reproductive system, were excluded; 5. Patients with high myopia (=-6.00D) were excluded; 6. Patients with other vitreoretinal diseases and optic neuropathy, such as retinal detachment, retinal vein occlusion, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, glaucoma, uveitis, were excluded; 7. Patients with a history of vitreoretinal therapy, including surgical treatment (such as vitrectomy, intravitreal drug injection, scleral cerclage), retinal photocoagulation and cryotherapy were excluded; 8. Patients with a history of ocular trauma, such as ocular contusion and penetrating corneal injury, was excluded; 9. Patients with complicated cataract caused by drugs such as glucocorticoids and other reasons were excluded; 10. Patients with sex hormone therapy and medication use affecting the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis were excluded; 11. Patients taking vitamin D and calcium supplements were excluded.
