Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. stroke patients aged 18 years or older; 2. participants meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke as outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases by the Chinese Medical Association; 3. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of 15 or lower.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cognitive impairment or communication barriers; 2. a Mini-mental State Examination score above 27; 3. participants in the acute phase of their disease with unstable conditions or severe comorbidities.
