Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Electively performing Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) under general anesthesia, including patients undergoing lobectomy or segmentectomy. 2) A preoperative or postoperative thoracic paravertebral nerve block is utilized for postoperative analgesia. 3) Age between 18 and 80 years old, male or female not limited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Emergency surgery or wedge resection of the lung performed via Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS); 2) Conversion from VATS to open chest surgery; 3) Serious surgical complications during the procedure, including major bleeding, cardiac arrest, and pulmonary embolism; 4) Incomplete intraoperative anesthesia documentation and postoperative medical records; 5) Patients receiving other types of regional block analgesia.
