Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 2 months to 14 years; 2.Penicillin skin test required for treatment; 3.Informed consent of the child and guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.penicillin allergy; 2.Alcohol or 2% chlorhexidine gluconate allergy; 3.Those who have had a rapid-onset anaphylactic reaction within the last 4 weeks; 4.People at high risk of anaphylaxis; 5.Skin diseases such as acute or chronic urticaria.
