Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer who are planning to undergo radical mastectomy, unilateral/bilateral radical mastectomy with ipsilateral axillary lymph node dissection; 2. ASA grade: II-III; 3. 18.5kg/m2<BMI<30kg/m2; 4. Age 18-65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe neurological and psychiatric diseases, severe hearing/visual/speech dysfunction and unable to cooperate with relevant scale assessments; 2. Patients with a history of craniocerebral trauma or brain surgery within 3 months; 3. Patients who have taken sedatives, hypnotics or anticholinergics within 72 hours before and after surgery; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe anemia, and severe hypoproteinemia; 5. Advanced patients with brain metastases.
