40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement surgery; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ? ~ ?; 4. Preoperative MMSE score >= 24.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with mental disease and nervous system disease; 2. Combined with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Recent use of psychotropic drugs.
