Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Large area infarction of cerebral hemisphere confirmed by head CT or MRI. 2. Age over 18 years old. 3. Complete MRI and EEG examination within 3 days of onset. 4. Complete MRI sequence. 5. Complete demographic and clinical data; 6. The family member signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Traumatic brain injury; 3. Previous neurological or mental illness; obvious artifacts in 4.MRI data; 5. Before the occurrence of this cerebral infarction, the mRS score was > 2; 6. Suffer from any end-stage disease with an expected survival period of less than 1 year
