Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=60 years; 2.Normal mental and cognitive status, able to communicate normally; 3.Currently diagnosed with one of the following conditions: urinary incontinence, constipation, fecal incontinence, or urinary retention, specifically meeting: 1)Urinary Incontinence: Complains of involuntary urine leakage. 2)Constipation: Meets two or more of the following criteria: straining in >25% of bowel movements; >25% of bowel movements are hard or lumpy; >25% of bowel movements feel incomplete; >25% of bowel movements have a sensation of anorectal blockage; manual assistance is needed in >25% of bowel movements; spontaneous bowel movements occur 1 month. 4)Urinary Retention: Complains of incomplete bladder emptying. 4.Voluntarily participates in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe pelvic organ prolapse; 2. severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other life-threatening diseases; 3. malignant tumours that threaten the patient's life; 4. fistula of the genitourinary tract; 5. previous surgical history of anti-incontinence, urinary retention, fecal incontinence, constipation, and history of medication use. 6. other severe surgical complications.
