18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the young group was 18-25 years old (including boundary value), the age of the middle group was 50-65 years old (including boundary value), and the age of the old group was 66-80 years old (including boundary value); (2) The assessment result of the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory was right-handed; (3) Normal intelligence and cognitive ability, mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score >=27 points; (4) No history of mental illness; (5) There was no history of hypertension, and according to the indicators of the China Hypertension Alliance in 2018, the blood pressure measured on three different days was not higher than the cut-off value of 140/90mmHg; (6) According to the European Society of Cardiology Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Coronary Syndromes (2019 edition), there is no clear clinical diagnosis of coronary atherosclerosis or history of heart failure; (7) No previous history of diabetes, according to the Chinese Exercise Treatment Guidelines for Type 2 Diabetes (2024 edition), random fasting blood glucose should be <7mmol/L, or postprandial blood glucose <11.1mmol/L, or HBA1c <6.5%; (8) No previous history of kidney disease, according to the Guidelines for Screening, Diagnosis, and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease (2022 edition), the glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) should be between 100 and 120mL/(min·1.73m) ^2; (9) No previous history of diseases such as hepatitis B or cirrhosis; (10) ECG examination was performed within the last 1 month, and no atrial fibrillation, high or grade III atrioventricular block or other abnormal ECG changes were found to be clinically significant and not suitable for the study. (11) According to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults in China (2016 Revision), the reference values of TC, TG and LDL-C were between 3.11-5.96 mmol/L, 0.34-1.69 mmol/L, and 2.10-3.10 mmol/L. (12) According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and gout of Chinese Society of Endocrinology (2019), blood uric acid level should not exceed 420µmol/L twice on different days; (13) All enrolled subjects are required to sign the informed consent for this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and other cerebrovascular diseases; (2) severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to comply with instructions or tests; (3) Skull defect, head infection, skin injury, etc. are impossible to perform NIR brain imaging; (4) Pregnant and lactating women.
