Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 3-17 years; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for autism in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental (5th Edition), with a total score =30 on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and a total score =67 on the Autism Checklist (ABC), clinically diagnosed with autism; 3.Agrees to collect stool samples and can make regular follow-up visits to the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with Reye's syndrome, 22q13 deletion syndrome and other genetic diseases that affect development; 2. History of previous brain organic diseases such as traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, encephalitis, etc.; 3. Family members with a history of severe mental illness or drug abuse; 4. Use of probiotics, antibiotics, antacids, etc. within 3 months prior to enrollment to affect intestinal flora; 5. Combined with organic intestinal lesions such as Hirschsprung's disease, intussusception, and intestinal obstruction; 6. Developmental quotient (DQ) score < 35 points; 7. Unable to tolerate colonoscopy or unable to cooperate with the placement of TET tubes.
