Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Aged between 40 and 75 years old (including 40 and 75 years old), regardless of gender; (3) Unilateral/bilateral knee joint pain, with a course of more than or equal to 6 months; (4) Radiological examination within 6 months showed KL staging as grades I-III; (5) NRS score >= 4 points in the past week; (6) All patients voluntarily participated in this clinical study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Having a history of knee surgery or waiting for knee surgery (knee replacement or knee arthroscopic surgery); (2) Knee pain caused by other diseases (such as joint dissociation, severe joint effusion, infection, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, trauma, fractures, gout, lumbosacral diseases, etc.); (3) Evaluate a history of arthroscopy examination within 1 year and a history of intra-articular injection in the past 4 months for the joint; (4) Severe acute or chronic organic or psychiatric disorders; (5) Coagulation dysfunction diseases (such as hemophilia) or scar constitution; (6) The local skin of the affected knee has ulceration, allergies, or infections; (7) Allergy to needles, fear of puncturing or having a pacemaker. (8) Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnant and lactating women;
