Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =60 years; Patients undergoing lower limb orthopedic surgery; ASAII.~IV grade; all signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (2) Patients with severe central nervous system diseases; (3) Patients with a history of drug abuse, drug abuse, and drug dependence; (4) History of alcoholism and long-term use of sedatives and opioids.
