Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tracheal intubation via oral route; 2. The age of the patients was > 18 years old; 3. Invasive mechanical ventilation time > 24h; 4. The patient's hemodynamics were relatively stable [respiratory system: FiO2 = 88%, no man-machine confrontation during ventilator treatment; circulatory system: 90mmHg <= SBP <= 180mmHg or/and DBP <= 110mmHg, 65mmHg <= MAP <= 110mmHg, 40 <= HR <= 120, using a small dose of vasoactive drug supporters, Such as dopamine <= 10mg /(kg·min) or norepinephrine/epinephrine <= 0.1 mg /(kg·min), no new myocardial ischemia or arrhythmia; nervous system: no neuromuscular injury, -2 <= RASS <= +1, intracranial pressure < 20cmH2O]; 5. Patients with clear awareness can cooperate with training; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy status; 2. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 3. in the terminal stage of disease
