Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-90 years who received ESD surgery in our hospital due to gastric disease. ? Access to baseline information from electronic medical records: These included age, sex, history of antiplate/anticoagulant drug use, location of gastric lesions (fundus/cardia, body of stomach, Angle of stomach, antrum), lesion type (precancerous lesion/submucosal tumor/other), lesion size, lesion depth (mucosa, submucosa, muscularis lamina proper), overall resection rate, R0 resection rate, and so on. ESD operation time (defined as the time from the beginning of submucosal injection to the completion of submucosal dissection), wound management (closed/not closed), length of hospital stay (defined as the day of ESD surgery to the day of discharge) ? Endoscopic bile reflux images (Grade 0: clear mucous lake; Grade 1: Light yellow mucous lake; Grade 2: yellow-green slime lake; Grade 3: Dark yellow, thick, cloudy mucous lake with bile plaque obstruction)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient had a history of gastrectomy or esophagectomy (2) Patients who underwent ESD on the same day due to other lesions (3) Patients with perforation or delayed perforation during ESD surgery (4) Patients who require further gastroscopy or surgery due to other ESD-related adverse events, including delayed bleeding (5) Patients who received antibiotics before or after ESD due to infectious diseases not related to ESD.
