Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.IVF/ICSI/PGT patients and willing to sign informed consent for the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Metabolic and immune diseases in need of regular medication, like diabetes and SLE,et al. Other serious diseases that may affect metabolic and immune function.
