Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA?~? 2. Patients with hip fracture surgery, including total hip replacement, artificial femoral head replacement, screw internal fixation, hollow nail internal fixation, etc. 3. All participants were >65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient or guardian refused to participate in the study; 2. Incomplete collection of clinical data; 3. mFI assessment could not be completed before surgery
