Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age range between 55-79; 2.right hand; 3.Education: Junior high school or above; 4.Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) score > 24
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other dementia-related neurodegenertaive diseases or depression, neuro-developmental abnormalities, mania, depression, neurophrenia, etc. within the 2 years; 2.Central nervous system diseases, including traumatic brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage, acute cerebral infarction, etc; 3.History of severe sinusitis, nasal cavity and sinus polyps, congenital diseases of the skull base and trauma; 4.Combined with serious damage to the function of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 5.Contraindications to MRI examination, such as implantation of metal prostheses in the body, claustrophobia, wearing of an insulin pump
