Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or his legal representative; 2: Compliance with study protocols and follow-up procedures; 3: The patients were >=18 years old and of any gender; 4: No surgical contraindication, tolerant of radical surgery, ECOG behavior status score 0~1, ASA score <=2; 5: Preoperative diagnosis included benign or malignant hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases based on clinical symptoms, imaging examination, tumor markers and other auxiliary examinations, such as high bile duct injury, bile duct stenosis and inflammatory stenosis after bile duct injury, central bile duct cyst, intrahepatic bile duct stones with hilar bile duct stenosis and perihilar bile duct tumors, including hilar cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma invading hilar and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma invading hilar. Patients requiring anastomosis of left and right hepatic duct and above bile duct and jejunum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who have developed malignant tumors at other sites within the last 1 year: brain, lung, bone or abdominal lymph node metastases 2: Combined with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency 3: HCV, HIV, syphilis infection 4: Pregnant and lactating women 5: The location of the lesion is too low, such as the bile duct below the confluence of the left and right hepatic ducts 6: Preoperative treatment with chemical drugs, immune drugs and targeted drugs was performed 7: Palliative surgery for cancer
