18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer on pathologic examination; (2) Aged 18~75 years old; (3) No contraindications to exercise, and can tolerate the bird play exercise of the Five Animal Play; (4) Be conscious, have no history of psychiatric or neurological diseases, and have fair reading ability and language expression ability, and no communication barriers; (5) Voluntarily participate in this trial, willing to retain blood specimens, willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent form for this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Critically ill with a survival period of =3 months; (2) Those with serious somatic diseases other than advanced non-small cell lung cancer; (3) Those who are physically weak or have limb-somatic dysfunction that prevents them from performing gongfu exercises; (4) Previous history of mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction.
