Interventions

Observation Group:Observation Group in addition to regular breastfeeding education, given nursing intervention based on planned behavior theory.
Control Group:Control group received only routine breastfeeding education

23 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective cesarean section for termination of pregnancy; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. No illness or other problem prevents breastfeeding (AIDS, serious infection, serious heart disease, long-term medication, etc.); 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age at caesarean section is less than 37 weeks; 2. refuse to breastfeed; 3. Gestational diabetes mellitus; 4. Newborns are large and/or small for gestational age.
