Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years (2) Elective general surgery under general anaesthesia (3) ASA grade ?~?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergy to anaesthetic drugs used or ketamine (2) Other types of sleep disorders, such as OSA, restless legs syndrome or periodic limb movement disorders (3) Uncontrolled high blood pressure (4) Heart failure, coronary artery disease or hyperthyroidism (5) Chronic opioid therapy (more than twice a week for more than three months) (6) Inability to understand rating scales
