Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective study inclusion criteria 1. Target: Patients who have undergone 2 or more WMT courses in the Department of Gastroenterology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University 2. Gender: Female 3. Age: 18-60 years old (including 18 years old and 60 years old) Prospective study inclusion criteria 1. Target: Patients who come to our department for WMT treatment due to irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, functional bowel disease and other diseases 2. Gender: Female 3. Age: 18-60 years old (including 18 years old and 60 years old)

Exclusion criteria
