Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older people aged 60 years or older in the community; 2. Good cognitive and activity function; 3. In the stable phase of chronic disease; 4. Own and use a smartphone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (cognitive impairment score < 27 on the Mini-Mental State Examination), or obvious difficulty or error in answering questions; 2. Limited physical activity function ( the Barthel index of ADL < 75); 3. Chronic diseases in the acute phase, such as cardiovascular disease; 4. Dyslexia, communication problems, inability to use smartphones.
