45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke survivors with unilateral lesions; 2.Aged between 45 and 75; 3.Onset time is 7 days to 6 months; 4.Able to walk more than 10 meters independently with a cane; 5.Able to execute simple instructions; 6.MoCA scored 7-26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological disorders other than stroke; 2.Severe musculoskeletal disorders; 3.Severe language impairment; 4.Severe pain during exercise or rest; 5.Mental illness; 6.Serious cardiovascular disease, such as heart failure; 7.Severe visual or hearing impairment
