Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective breast surgery (2) Aged 18-75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ?-?; (3) Clear consciousness, normal comprehension ability, and able to answer questions clearly and independently (4) Informed understanding, and voluntarily participated in the depression and anxiety assessment. (5) Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with important organ failure or critical illness; For example, malignant tumor, severe infection, liver and kidney failure, recent severe thrombotic disease and heart function grade IV, etc. (2) Ear skin with eczema, redness, damage, ulcer or adhesive allergy history; (3) Those with severe hearing and language disorders who could not answer the questions accurately; (4) Those with cognitive or mental diseases who could not accept the questionnaire; (5) Drug addicts; (6) Those who have suffered a major blow recently; (7) Refusal to participate in the study.
