Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Hospital outpatient gastroenterology clinic attendees 2)Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited 3)Patients who intend to undergo gastroscopy and biopsy 4)Cases with pathologic diagnosis of findings of chronic non-atrophic gastritis/chronic atrophic gastritis/intestinal epithelial hyperplasia/gastric polyps/gastric ulcers/low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia/high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia 5)Those who agree to participate in the project, agree to the serum being used for screening of serologic markers, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Combined with other malignant tumors, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or abnormal organ functions 2)History of previous gastric surgery 3)Taking antibiotics, bismuth, H2 receptor blockers or proton pump inhibitors within the last 4 weeks. 4)Combined judgment of poor compliance and inability to accurately provide the information needed for the study, e.g., low literacy, significant psychiatric or psychological disorders.
