Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18-70 years with radiographic evidence of osteoarthritis of the knee (Kellgren-Lawrence Imaging Scale Class I-III). In addition, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the knee shows evidence of hyperostosis or full-thickness cartilage defect, or imaging shows evidence of hyperostosis or joint space narrowing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current or past history of rheumatoid arthritis or similar rheumatism; Current or past history of knee gout or pseudogout; Active knee infection within the past 12 months; or experiencing more severe limitations or pain than knee osteoarthritis during activities such as sitting, standing, walking, or climbing stairs; Patients who have previously undergone TKA or UKA surgery; Acute phase of ACS (3-5 days); Patients whose left main vessels are not completely recanalized, who have undergone TKA or UKA surgery before; acute phase of ACS (3-5 days); Incomplete recanalization of left main lesions or other critical conditions; unstable angina pectoris that is not controlled by medication; Severe structural and functional abnormalities of the heart (such as myocardial infarction, angina, myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction, etc.). Severe valvular disease, left ventricular outflow tract obstruction, appendix thrombosis, LVEF 160 mmHg or DBP > 100 mmHg at rest), conjunction and severe respiratory diseases, combined with serious acute and chronic diseases: such as severe infection, anemia, renal failure, severe infection, anemia, renal failure, hyperthyroidism, etc.; Concomitant with other diseases, which in the opinion of the investigator is not suitable for candidates; Inability to conduct the study in accordance with the study design or to cooperate with data collection; Long-term residence in other places and inability to follow up in the outpatient clinic; Unwilling to sign an informed consent form
