Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Over the age of 16 2.The diagnosis of heart failure meets the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with New York cardiac function class I; 2. Patients with too much missing ancillary examination data or blood creatinine or cystatin C; 3. Patients lost to follow-up during follow-up; 4. Patients with previously diagnosed renal failure 5. Patients (subjects) who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Other reasons deemed unsuitable for clinical investigators by the investigators
