Healthy control group:None

LIPUS Treatment group:Patients with chronic prostatitis, treated with low intensity pulsed ultrasound.

Sham treatment control group:Patients with chronic prostatitis, receiving sham treatment (ineffective ultrasound irradiation)

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy control group 1)Age 18-65 years old 2)Those who do not have prostatitis 3)Men who are in good health and do not have urological diseases LIPUS Treatment group and Sham treatment control group 1)Age 18-65 years old; 2)Patients with confirmed diagnosis of chronic prostatitis/CP/CPPS; 3)Patients who do not respond to conventional treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy control group 1) Unable to complete follow-up after enrollment LIPUS Treatment group and Sham treatment control group 1) Those who have a major illness and still need to take medication to control their behavior. 2) Subjects with severe wasting disease and severe liver and kidney insufficiency 3) Unable to complete follow-up after enrollment
