Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All of the following conditions are met: 1.Birth gestational age<34 weeks; 2.Administer nCPAP treatment within 48 hours after birth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following: 1.Administer tracheal intubation during the initial use of nCPAP; 2.Clear congenital malformations of the heart, airways, and nerves; 3. A history of perinatal asphyxia, or clear signs of brain injury (including grade III or above intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal convulsions, etc.), or the use of sedatives, opioid analgesics, and other drugs that can cause respiratory depression for various reasons; 4. Hemodynamic instability
