Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years, and elective surgeries requiring general anesthesia; 2.Estimated duration of operation >1 hours; 3.Patients who intend to use a nasopharyngeal temperature sensor for body temperature monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with surgical sites involving the placement of electronic thermometers; 2.Patients with a history of axillary surgery or local infection; 3.Patients with nasal tumors, infections, nasal polyps, easy nasal bleeding, a history of nasal surgery, or radiation therapy.
