Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac arrest received by the emergency center, including patients with cardiac arrest outside the hospital and patients with cardiac arrest in the hospital; 2.The time from cardiac arrest to CPR is less than 10 minutes (if cardiac arrest occurs before hospital and is delivered by ambulance, whether the CPR time is more than 10 minutes shall be obtained from the ambulance medical staff); 3. Age > 18 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Chest trauma affects chest compressions; 4. The patient's family refused cardiopulmonary resuscitation (DNR); 5. Malignant tumor, patients receiving palliative treatment; 6. Patients that the research team thinks are not suitable for resuscitation; 7. fingers or toes can't accurately measure POP; 8. Patients receiving ECMO treatment during resuscitation.
