Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the indications for laparoscopic surgery; 2. Age= 65 years old; 3. ASA classification II-III; 4 .BMI<30kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known to be allergic to anesthetic drugs and test liquids (sodium bicarbonate Ringer's solution, hydroxyethyl starch solution); 2. Patients with a history of esophageal or gastrointestinal surgery in the past; 3. Previous arrhythmia; 4.Hb<70g/l; 5. Albumin<35g/L; 6. Severe cardio-cerebrological, hepatic and renal diseases before surgery; 7. Peripheral vascular disease or contraindication to ductus arteriosus placement;
