40 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 40-90 years old, gender unlimited, weight 50-90kg; 2. ASA Level I-III; 3. Combined epidural anesthesia is proposed; 4. Preoperative Simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) score =24; 5. No communication barriers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative Simple Mental State Scale (MMSE) score =23; 2. Preoperative coagulation dysfunction; 3. A history of drug or psychotropic substance abuse; 4. Long-term use of steroids and steroids; 5. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 6. Central nervous system infection, head trauma, neurodegeneration other than multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease (AD) or other major neurological disorders; 7. Serious psychological disorder; 8. Serious systemic disease that may affect Alzheimer 's-related biomarkers in the cerebrospinal fluid or blood; 9. Family history of genetic diseases.
