Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients withchronic rhinosinusiti undergoing FESS (including frontal, sieve, or maxillary sinus surgery, as well as whole group sinus surgery) or combined septoplasty and turbinate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing open septoplasty alone; patients undergoing surgery for sinus tumors.Patients who were unable to complete the scale; patients who took their own painkillers and tranquilizers before and after surgery; patients who had an irregular work schedule in the last month and one week after surgery; patients who had a special job.
