Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Pathological diagnosis of rectal cancer, low anterior resection; 2) LARS was diagnosed by the international consensus definition of low anterior resection syndrome; 3) the age is between 18 and 75 years old; 4) The distance between anus and anastomosis is 0-7cm; 5) Willing to sign the informed consent form and participate in the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) The patient is so severely cognitive impaired or aphasia that he can't understand the instructions of the therapist; 2) Serious heart diseases and serious medical diseases; 3) Severe nervous system diseases (multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, stroke, neuromuscular junction disease, intracranial hypertension, epilepsy history and family history, etc.); 4) Those with metal foreign bodies embedded in the skull, implantable pacemakers or stimulators, and cochlear implants; 5) Rectal prolapse; 6) chronic diarrhea; 7) pregnant women; 8) There was a history of pelvic floor surgery before this rectal tumor resection; 9) Patients do not agree to receive rTMS and/or rSMS;
