Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A definite diagnosis of joint injury or degenerative changes is required. For patients with joint injury, there should be a history of trauma and the diagnosis should be confirmed by imaging and clinical symptoms. For patients with degenerative changes, there should be typical symptoms and imaging manifestations of degenerative changes. 2. The age of the patients should be between 18 and 85 years old, and their physical conditions should be relatively stable so that they can tolerate the study. 3. The time of joint injury is specific, and for patients with degenerative changes, the course of the disease should be at a certain stage. 4. The medical records should be complete, including detailed clinical data, laboratory test results, imaging examination results and follow-up records during the treatment process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combination of severe organ insufficiency, progressive malignancy, autoimmune or infectious joint disease; 2. previous history of joint surgery; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. those with poor compliance; 5. the information is incomplete
