Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who wish to receive whitening treatment; 2. Generally in good health and over 18 years old; 3. Those with 13-23 and 33-43 teeth that are healthy and energetic; 4. Not using dental braces or removable dentures; 5. The initial tooth color is A2 or darker.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking habits; 2. Periapical lesions; 3. Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant; 4. People with bad chewing habits such as bruxism; 5. Have gastrointestinal diseases; suffer from gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric ulcer or reflux; 6. Have sensitive teeth or are using desensitizing products; 7. Teeth staining (tetracycline teeth, trauma, dental fluorosis and patients with unknown causes); 8. There is an allergy to whitening gel. 9. The teeth involved in the treatment have caries, cervical lesions, gum recession, gingivitis, periodontal disease, etc.
