Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the study subjects are as follows: 1. No history of major diseases and chronic diseases (such as infectious diseases, heart disease, tumors, psychiatric diseases, etc.) 2. Eligible for college student status 3. Experiencing sports injuries and in the non-acute phase. 3. Have a tendency to mild anxiety, 50 points= SAS scale score= 59 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1. Obvious mental illness and mental illness 2. Being in the acute phase of injury 3. Not eligible for college student status or over 25 years old. 4. SAS scale score = 50 points, no obvious anxiety symptoms.
