Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient Inclusion Criteria: 1) Brain CT/MRI diagnosis confirmed stroke and traumatic brain injury, and no moderate brain atrophy was found on imaging examination or white matter porosity; 2) the first onset of the disease, no cognitive dysfunction before the onset of the disease; 3) Right-handed, age >=18 years old, junior high school or above; 4) the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) showed memory dysfunction; 5) Clear consciousness and stable condition. 2 Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: 1) Right-handed, age>=18 years old, junior high school or above, able to understand the content of the test, age, gender, Educational attainment matched to patient group; 2) MoCA>=24 points, and there is no memory dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aphasia, aphasia, hearing impairment and visual impairment, visual field defect and unilateral neglect, red-green color blindness; 2) MoCA < 24 points, indicating memory dysfunction; 3) Accompanied by nervous system, psychiatric diseases, serious medical and surgical diseases, uncooperative examination, taking psychotropic drugs
