50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for KOA; 2.Aged between 50-75 years; 3.Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grading of II or III; 4. Knee pain score of =3 points (out of 10) at least in the past three months; 5.Knee osteoarthritis symptoms and radiographic findings present only on the right side; 6.Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had knee surgery with implants; 2.Patients with knee infections and significant swelling; 3.Patients with other joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; 4.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental disorders; 5.Patients with malignant tumors and bone metastases
