Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those with informed consent; (2) Patients with malignant tumors in different locations (such as the gastroesophageal junction, pylorus, ileocecal area, rectosigmoid junction or recto-anal junction) clinically diagnosed through gastroscopy or colonoscopy and pathological examination; (3) The patient is generally in good condition and aged 18-75 years old; (4) No distant metastasis was found; (5) There are no serious complications before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Various antibiotics or probiotics have been used 1 week before specimen collection; (2) Combined with other malignant tumors; (3) Have metabolic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, various liver diseases, etc.; (4) There are family clustering cases. (5) Combined with severe heart, lung, kidney, and liver dysfunction.
