65 Years to 95 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old, ASA grade is ? or ?; 2. Patients undergoing knee or hip replacement, lower limb fracture or laminectomy under elective general or intraspinal anesthesia; 3. Sign informed consent before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There were neurological diseases affecting cognitive function such as delirium and dementia before surgery; 2. Lack of cooperation or communication skills; 3. Refuse to participate in the study; 4. Patients who used prebiotics, probiotics or antibiotics within 3 months before surgery; 5. Patients transferred to ICU after surgery.
