Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptomatic neurosyphilis group : syphilis serological antibody positive, aged 18 to 65 years old ; meet the diagnostic criteria for neurosyphilis in the ' People 's Republic of China Health Industry Standard Syphilis Diagnostic Criteria ', and have clinical symptoms of neurosyphilis, no history of neurosyphilis treatment. 2.Asymptomatic neurosyphilis group : syphilis serological antibody positive, aged 18 to 65 years old ; according to the diagnostic criteria of neurosyphilis in the ' People 's Republic of China Health Industry Standard Syphilis Diagnostic Criteria ', there were no clinical symptoms of neurosyphilis and no history of neurosyphilis treatment. 3.Recessive syphilis group : syphilis serological antibody positive, aged 18 to 65 years old ; conform to the ' People 's Republic of China Health Industry Standard Syphilis Diagnostic Criteria ' in the recessive syphilis diagnostic criteria, no clinical symptoms or clinical symptoms have disappeared, in addition to syphilis serology positive without any positive signs, and cerebrospinal fluid examination is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other brain diseases ; have a history of mental illness ; have a history of drug abuse ; hIV ( + ); 2.Have a history of neurosyphilis treatment ; with severe systemic diseases ( heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, asthma, etc. ); 3.Accompanied by immune-related diseases ( SLE, dermatomyositis, psoriasis, etc. ); 4.Accompanied by tuberculosis and other chronic infectious diseases ; with malignant tumor or blood system diseases, etc. 5.Pregnant women or children; 6.Patients themselves or their families refused to participate in this study. 7.Patient compliance is poor, unable to complete the follow-up requirements;
