Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the "2019 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Coronary Syndromes"; 2. Be over 18 years old; 3. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (within 4 weeks), acute coronary syndrome, severe arrhythmia accompanied by hemodynamic changes, or who have undergone coronary revascularization within the past 4 weeks; 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction, severe electrolyte imbalance, severe infection, malignant tumors, or other uncontrollable systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant; 4. Patients with a history of mental illness or infectious diseases; 5. Patients with ocular diseases; 6. Incomplete records of clinical data that need to be collected.
