Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health group: (1) Gender and ethnicity are not limited; (2) Age>18 years old; (3) The patient agrees to be enrolled and signs the clinical informed consent form to participate in this study; (4) Not accompanied by any type of pain. Stubborn neuropathic pain group:(1)18 years old and above;(2)Diagnosed as herpes zoster neuralgia or cancer pain; (3)Pre treatment digital pain score (NRS)>3 points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Health group: (1) Long term use of psychotropic drugs; (2) Suffering from mental or psychological disorders or having a family history of genetic disorders; (3) Accompanied by language, visual impairment, malignant tumors, immune related diseases, diabetes and other metabolic diseases; (4) Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) Patients who have been using hormones or immunosuppressants for a long time. Stubborn neuralgia group: (1) Pain caused by factors other than herpes zoster neuralgia or cancer pain; (2) Suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Alcoholics and drug addicts; (4) Individuals with mental disorders who are unable to obtain informed consent.
